IPU CET 2026 From April 25 to May 23; Admit Cards 5 Days Before Exam
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has announced that IPU CET 2026 will be held from April 25 to May 23 for admission to various programmes for the 2026–27 academic year. A total of 50,531 candidates are expected to take the exams.
IPU CET 2026 Exam Dates and Schedule Details
The university will conduct the Common Entrance Tests (CETs) between April 25, 2026, and May 23, 2026. Exams will be held on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, using an OMR-based offline format. Each exam day will have two shifts:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Candidates must follow the schedule printed on their admit cards. No changes to the exam date, shift, or centre will be allowed.
IPU CET 2026 Admit Card Release and Official Instructions
Admit cards will be released 5 to 6 days before each exam date on the official university website. Candidates must download their admit cards and bring them to the exam centre. The university has made it clear that no requests for changing the exam date, session, or centre will be accepted.
IPU CET 2026 Exam Centres and Programmes
The entrance tests will be held for 78 programmes, excluding PhD courses. Most exams will take place in Delhi-NCR. For exams on May 9 and May 10, 2026, additional centres will be available in select cities to help candidates from different regions.
