Bajaj Finserv Q4 Financial Results

Bajaj Finserv’s revenue from operations grew by 5.65% year-on-year to ₹38,493.79 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to ₹36,432.96 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s consolidated profit after tax (PAT) rose by 5.05% to ₹2,538.67 crore from ₹2,416.64 crore in Q4 FY25.

The consolidated net worth of Bajaj Finserv increased by 7.6% year-on-year to ₹77,915 crore in Q4 FY26, up from ₹72,395 crore in the previous year.

Dividend Announcement

The board of directors recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per share with a face value of ₹1 for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This dividend includes a special payout of ₹0.20 per share to mark the 100th anniversary of the Bajaj Group.

The record date for dividend eligibility is set for June 30, 2026. If approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on or before August 4, 2026.
