Adani Enterprises reports loss of ₹221 crore in Q4, revenue surges 21%; dividend recommended

Adani Enterprises Q4 Financial Performance

Adani Enterprises announced a loss of ₹221 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. This loss was mainly due to depreciation expenses on recently started assets like the Navi Mumbai project and the Copper plant.

Despite the loss, the company’s revenue from operations increased by 20.3% compared to the same quarter last year, reaching ₹32,439.31 crore in Q4 FY26, up from ₹26,965.86 crore in Q4 FY25.

Operational Earnings and Annual Results

The company’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation) for the quarter was ₹4,346 crore, showing a slight increase of 3% from ₹4,479 crore in the previous year’s quarter.

For the full fiscal year 2026, Adani Enterprises’ profit after tax (PAT) rose by 31% to ₹9,339 crore, compared to ₹7,112 crore in FY25. However, the EBITDA for the year dropped by 2% to ₹16,464 crore from ₹16,722 crore in FY25.

Business Model and Dividend Announcement

The company stated that by the end of FY26, it has shifted to a core infrastructure-focused model. About 80% of its EBITDA now comes from mature, long-term, and contracted businesses, which improves earnings stability.

The board of directors recommended a dividend of ₹1.30 per equity share for FY26, which is 130% of the face value of ₹1 per share. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for the dividend is set for June 12, 2026.
