47 Firms Including BHEL, Ambuja Cement to Report Q4 Results May 4

Forty-seven companies are scheduled to release their fourth-quarter earnings for the fiscal year 2025-26 on Monday, May 4, 2026. Major firms reporting include Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Ambuja Cement, Tata Technologies, Jindal Stainless, and Godrej Properties.

Alongside their financial results, several companies are expected to declare dividends. These include BHEL, Ambuja Cement, Tata Technologies, Tata Chemicals, Sobha, Petronet LNG, Oriental Hotels, Manappuram Finance, Jyoth Labs, Jindal Stainless, Godrej Properties, Exide Industries, and Aarti Industries.

Key Companies and Financial Highlights

BHEL, a defence public sector undertaking, will be among the prominent firms announcing results. Ambuja Cement, part of the Adani Group, and stainless steel producer Jindal Stainless are also on the list.

Tata Chemicals reported a significant rise in revenue from operations, increasing 196.45% year-on-year to ₹17,292 crore in the quarter, up from ₹5,833 crore the previous year. Another company saw its revenue climb 111.79% to ₹8,480.25 crore compared to ₹4,003.93 crore a year earlier.

Waaree Energies recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share of ₹10 each, representing a 20% payout for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, pending shareholder approval. The company noted that depreciation on newly commissioned assets impacted its net profit.

Another firm’s revenue surged 20.29% to ₹32,439.31 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹26,965.86 crore in the same period last year. It proposed a dividend of ₹1.30 per share (130%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval, with a record date set for June 12.
