JEE Advanced 2026 Registration and Exam Details
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has started accepting applications for JEE Advanced 2026. This follows the National Testing Agency (NTA) releasing the final results for JEE Mains 2026, where the top 2.5 lakh candidates qualified to register for JEE Advanced 2026. Eligible students can apply on the official JEE Advanced website.
The JEE Advanced 2026 exam will take place on May 17 in two shifts. IIT Roorkee has also provided a mock test for candidates to practice before the exam. The NTA shares detailed JEE Main data by date, shift, and category to maintain transparency.
Applications for foreign nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) candidates are also being accepted by IIT Roorkee. The last date to register for JEE Advanced 2026 is May 2, with the application fee payment deadline on May 4. Admit cards will be available from May 11.

JEE Advanced 2026 Cutoffs and Results Highlights
Approximately 11.23 lakh candidates registered for JEE Mains 2026 session 2. Among them, 26 students scored a perfect 100 percentile. Aarush Singhal from Chandigarh secured the top rank with All India Rank 1, followed by Jonnala Roshan Mandeep Reddy from Andhra Pradesh and Shreyas Mishra from Delhi at ranks 2 and 3 respectively.
The cutoff for the general category in JEE Advanced 2026 is 93.4123549, which is slightly higher than last year. Cutoffs for most categories have increased except for candidates with disabilities.
